Hello this is the actual Splice from Vanguard. I have popped in a few times and it looks like you have a new forum since the last time I visisted. I have been playing P99 EQ as of recent and wanted to check back in with you all on the progess and see how things are going over here. Hopefully by now others have rejoined the community that may recognize me! I plan on getting this downloaded again soon to start playing and testing it out again.
