Quest: The Village

Everything works fine up until you need to Examine the Mysterious Device once found off of a hobgoblin in The Village. It doesn't seem to drop. Maybe th rates need to be adjusted or am i doing something wrong here?

Just tested it. Got the device on the first kill. You probably already have it in your inventory. If not, drop the quest and try again.
