This is a followup to the bug I just submitted about The Vaelwyn Plot - 3600. I dropped the quest and took it again. This time, after using the Minor Essence of Jin, the quest completed, and I was offered the followup quest. I'm not sure why it worked this time and not the first time. I don't think I did anything wrong, but who knows?
