Get me my Armor, Now - 4663

Quest completion checks off receiving the horse - Speedy
After making the run to 3 Rivers with sufficient time to spare, the quest dialogue gives the horse to Pedwin following the parlay. (removes completion for Speedy)
Return to Thannis in Tursh and quest is not able to be turned in as the completion list does not show the acquisition of the horse Speedy

removed this quest and reattempted with same results
