Details:
Logged in today, check with 2 characters, diplomacy cards not displaying. Every slot in my card window is displaying with a red circle/line "no" image. There are also no cards available in my Library. (Both characters on IOD when checking diplomacy cards). Unable to continue diplomat's saga quest line
