Details:
When out in Halgarad I was attacked by an invisable pack of Broken Fangs. I couldn't see them or target them to fight back, so I ran. They chased me and killed me. I decided to lay there while writing a bug report and suddenly was at the log in screen. It automatically logged me back in and I had no abilities, bags, map, quest book etc. The interface was completely blank.

Sounds like a character desynch issue
