Details:
Quest: 7606 bordinar's cleft
Problem: when you reach boden cloudhammer he offers his two quest but no option to talke to him as directed by quest. when you complete his two quest option to talk to him appear but objective is not upddated. Quest cannot finished. abondoned and retook quest twice to make sure it was not dev script reload causing issue.
