Details:
On diplo quest Memory Plant - 4189 in tursh. After planting Surgin Hilthorn's body you loose credit for Collecting all of Surgin Hilthorn's parts and can not turn in the quest for complettion.

Verified. I implemented this quest just before obtain item objectives would undo when you lost items. There is a problem with quests that use the obtainitem objectives where you lose the items. Previously (at the time I wrote this quest) as soon as you got all the items the objective was complete and could not uncomplete. A change was made recently (a few months ago) where if you lose an item of that objective the objective will uncomplete so the quest broke when that happened.

I rewrote the planting part to recomplete that objective though so it will finish properly. There will be some flickering and extra dinking at the time you plant the torso but everything will finish Ok in the end.

We have discussed that we need a special option to not uncomplete an objective if items are lost as part of a future objective completion like this one. For now we have to work around it though.
