Details:
I'm doing the Quest "The Ra'Jin Outpost: Looking for trouble" (ID 9119) After killing all twiglight occultusts in the camp - I've found 6 - the don't seem to respawn, so I can't complete the quest since I have to kill 10.
I'm also doing "the ra'jin outpost: deeper in" (Quest-ID 6526): dispite me killing the corrier and "killing" the crystal that kept the spirit of talsu bound to the outpost, these 2 quests didn't tourn green resp didn't count as completed the the deeper in quest
