Details:
Several quests around the area of Bayside Outpost including the quest Ksaravi Extermination - 1523 have all 4 reward choices exactly the same (although some have different item icons). Thanks.

I think there were a few of these in Renton Keep or 3Rivers as well. I'll look into this soon.
