I'm going to takeover the work on this chunk. Please disregard Domkin's post for progress and pay attention to this one here please, by me. It looks like Domkin did a good job on a lot of stuff, so I'm going to be cleaning it up and fixing some scripting lines here and there. Several quests still need to be added.

Codex of the Wind - 5299 **Added quest offer text. It matches the lore and should work just fine.

QUESTS NEEDING ADDITIONAL WORK:
The Lesser Shrines - 5301 **Need to figure out a system to get players from the first shrine to the second, and second to third. Without a flier, and there are none at this level, you cannot get to the shrines to conduct the rituals.
Stormslam, Blitz of the Mistral Storm - 5927 **Need to fix quest dialogue and add Stormslam as quest reward. Also need to add claws and staff as droppable items in the questline leading up to this.
OTHER NOTES:
*Codex of the Wind is set to drop off Aoeminite Guardians, Golems, and Sentries for now. It either drops off of these, or the Aoem Dervishes. If anyone know which it is, please let me know.
