You Say You Want a Revolution - 3613
Received quest update when I killed the Rift Imp Jailer, before I completed Brownie Magic - 3577.
The quest was marked as complete in my quest journal, but the quest npc was not recognizing the quest as complete.
Had to reset both quests to complete.
