Quest: "Master Fhungusu-3688"

When Master Fhungusu teleports you to the new location the npc where you're suppose to turn the quest in at (Celinal) doesn't have a quest giver icon above her head.

This is not a content problem. This is whatever makes it so the quest shields don't show up all the time. (Client issue?)

It shows up fine for me when I tested it.
