Details:
Chunk: Wildgrowth Forest Quest: Spar Parts 3162

Problem: killing various foxes, Tombos, and Dancer in Garden of Xia'Liu do not drop parts required. to test further i killed 40 + of each fo the weaker dancer, tombos, and foxes without a single drop.

Fixed. Seems like most of the death-drop-quest-item quests have the wrong function calls in them for this chunk. But this one is fixed for now. Did not check rewards though.
