Details:
Finishing Attack "Vicious Strike I" fires in a macro, whether or not a chain is up. Outside a macro it is grayed out and will not fire.

Details:
If I put a finishing attack or a counterattack in a macro by name (e.g. /cast "Wrack I"), the finishing attack (or counterattack) fires every time, even if a chain is not up. Commands like /reactionchain 1 or /autoreactionchain work as expected.

This is now fixed
