Details:
When I try to use Whirling Storm II (or I), I get a message that I do not have a valid target for Whirling Storm. It was working fine yesterday. (BTW the changes today look very nice!)

The AoE system is currently bugged, where it misses your offensive target and will only (sometimes) hit offtargets. The combat system is currently being revamped and it's on the list.

This should be fixed in the next New Telon update and restart
