Details:
Unable to select quest reward, "The History Of The Spiritragers" - 2162. Also, only able to select one the the quest items in "Hunt The Soul Eater" -2168.

Can't duplicate but I know it seem's to happen rarely just need to figure out a way to duplicate it.
