The History of the Spiritragers- 2162 Unable to select the quest reward after completion (quest checked as complete, green check mark, etc...). Character Vulmane Shaman. Quest reward choice of either medium or light waist armor.

This sounds like the bug I was experiencing for some of BC's quests, where you complete the quest and it will not let you select a quest reward at all, so you can't turn in.
