Details:
casting breath of renewal (disciple heal) causes the speed modifier to drop to 0. if i'm running at a boosted speed casting a heal will make that boost stop

I was noticing this effecting GM Speed as well. This does not appear to be attached to any one spell, but to the slow-while-casting mechanic as a whole.

This happens with any spell that slows a character down while in movement. It's not just the disciple.

Should be fixed with the next update.
