Details:
When I equip a BOE item, I am prompted as to whether I want to bind it or not. However, when the item is equipped in a harvesting slot or put in a harvesting bag, the item is not marked soulbound. It is still marked BOE, so the next time I go to use it, I'm prompted again as to whether I want to bind it or not. It should be marked soulbound after the first "yes" to the prompt.
