Details:
The quest "Wings in the Hills (Part 1)" can't be finished as griffon eggs can't be targeted and therefore can't be picked up.

Quest is working correctly.
You have to target the egg in the vale NOT the eggs in the griffon nest where the young griffons and the gwartak griffon hunters are at.
The eggs in the vale are not in any nest they are just lying on the ground can be confused for mushrooms clumps in the area. These eggs also get the sparkly indication you can interact with them.
