Bard speed and drums

not long before the sunset came bard speed was nerfed because drums didnt add to the song like a lute did with healing songs, it would be nice to be able to run across telon at 500mph again

Yeah, they really nerfed bard speed. When the server comes along further, I am definitely going to experiment with speed buffs on items since some classes are just painfully slow to play with.
