New GM Camp bug

Since the insta-camp GM option has been added, every time I /camp the world sends this:
19:54:52.979 I UDP Client from 68.98.218.5:48648 set to disconnect : Application
19:54:53.228 E Unreal Could not find unreal channel list for account id 1!
If it's a timing issue, let's add a 1s delay for GM campers. I'd also like GM and General camp rules (like in EQ2Emu) so the admin can set them to whatever they like. No hard-coding!

Thanks

I was getting that with the normal camping also since we are killing the channel before the last few packets from the client get processed.

I think I am also seeing in-game something about my not being on any valid channels. If Volt's CampTimers takes a parameter of time in seconds, we could pass a Rule value into the function. If it doesn't take a parameter, maybe it could.

This is going to happen, due to Client objects being destroy far faster than before. This warning/error is not an indication of malfunction in these cases (when the character camps or force closes and their Client object is destroyed).

Let's leave this open, as down the road I will see what I can do about logging. Really, we want this logging in place in case such channels don't exist when the Client is supposed to be active.

The client messages are preset (something like "Camping in 15, 10 and 5 seconds"), and this is why I am not too keen on parameterize the function. To me 20 seconds period sounds pretty fair and probably balanced against different aspects. I just think our dev time is better spent on other things, but I have no objection if someone else wants to do it. Feel free .
