Hmm... I think I did visit Blinding Shallows during my last fly around right before the server shut down. So there might be some PvP enabling data in the last collect I submitted.

The chunk name sounds familiar, thank you for checking it out. So the non-Southwatch areas were not full Arena zones? I misunderstood then. Sorry. Sounds like they drew a bounding box around an area, which we should be able to replicate with LUA (eventually).
