New LaunchPad - coming soon!

So far the launchpad seems to run flawlessly. However, I'm having some graphic anomalies. Text around the border and status area is yellow on a white background, which is very hard to read. Also, it looks like the main client area is offset slightly to the left of where it is supposed to be. This is to say it looks a fair amount different on my Win 7 machine than the screenshot above.

That is indeed odd. Do you by chance have your desktop font size modified from 100%? I am not a C# app expert, so anything I am required to do I have to search for answers (like when Kandra suggested the app should be drag-able on the desktop).

See if you can fiddle with your desktop themes or settings, or gfx card tweaks. If you nail down what it is, I can try searching for solutions.

I'll play with it a bit tomorrow. I did go to a larger text size (125%) when I got my new (30") monitor a while back.

Hey all! Im new here on VGemu but i played the game and like you all miss it very much. Can i somehow explore the world of Telon with this? Im guessing no NPCs or systems are in place? I would be SO HAPPY though to just run around and look at the world.

You can definitely run/fly all around New Telon! Visit an exchange broker to pick up a mount of your choosing, and don't forget .speed 1500!

The new launcher will be out very soon, but you can still use the old launcher for now.

The anomalies in my new launchpad appear to be entirely caused by changing my display to 125%. I logged on to my local admin account (which uses an entirely uncustomized UI) and installed launchpad. Everything looked fine. I changed the Personalize...Display settings to 125% and get all the anomalies in the screenshot above.

Note that when I set Personalize...Display to 150%, the launchpad looks fine. It is only at 125% that it looks weird.

I do not have any Vanguard discs or client on my PC anymore (I stopped playing even before the server went down and did not know of the EMU so had no reason to keep my client.) Is there anywhere that i can get ahold of a download of Vanguard (the actual gamefiles.) I posted this as a reply AND a PM to you Moldew if it is not appropiate to talk about distributing the game client on the forums (if its illegal?) just delete my forum reply if it is since Moldew can reply in a PM.
