Hello & Nice Work
Hello,
I didn't play VGO. I randomly searched John Adams and EQ2Emu because I remembered him (and his team) from the EQ2 Emu project, and I wasn't surprised at all that you, John, took the initiative to lead such a project as this.
I read quite a few of the posts of memories and photos and am actually quite sad for the people that created relationships and memories on this platform. I liken the feeling to that of a permanent loss (dare I say death?), even if of a somewhat displaced nature.
The VGO community couldn't be in better hands to provide them hope for this project. John is a true creator and a skilled leader. This will be the birth of something amazing, and the journey will be worth it.

Re: Hello & Nice Work
Thank you Lokked, that is very kind. My heart is definitely in this, especially after all these players lost their game. It gives me much pride to sit in the new server and, knowing there really isn't a thing to do yet, they still sit online and chat I'm sure there's some comfort in that, knowing VGOEmulator is going to see this gets done.
I remember you from EQ2Emu, too. Any time you're ready, there's room on the team here for you as well. Tons to be done, and a long way to go to even catch up to EQ2Emulator... but the race is on!
