harvesting (skinning)
In the dark elf noobie area and can not skin anything, other harvesting seems to work just not skinning.

Skinning has to be set up manually by the content designers. As Hathor Zhi is one of two starting zones that have not been finished yet, this hasn't been set up yet, and it's not a bug.
