Quest 6681

Rewards are 3 int boots and a pair of dex boots. Reckon it should be one of each like always?

This is the issue with some of the starter areas that were changed over in live where there are class specific rewards, which these are. But for some reason, more than just the intended class can use them, so they all show up to the player as different items with the same stats. Since all of Khal needs an item pass, I'm not going to fix these right now. They'll get fixed when we do a true item pass over the whole chunk.
