Necro casting
I cast a dot then i use a insta dot after and it almost never takes, if i cast a dot then wait a second, it always takes, not sure if this is a bug.

Tested on a level 20 necro against level 24s, with 'Plague of Infestation III' (2.0 sec cast DoT) followed by 'Union of Blood 1' (Instant cast DoT). Works as expected and lands properly, baring occasional resists.
Please provide more info on the issue. Your level (and if you used .setlevel), mobs you're attacking, which spells are being used, etc.
