Details:
Using an ability right AFTER using Hammer of Krigus causes the enemy to lose a large chunk of health (not actual damage) but the HP display drops to 2%

This is a issue related to debuffing constitution on a mob.

Details:
When using Shaman Skill "Hammer of Krigus" the mobs remaining hit point indicator goes down 2% regardless of how much damage the skill has actually done or how many hit points the mob has left.

Details:
When using the dissonant bond "touch of the ox 1" on mobs, instead of lowering their stats it seems to buff them. Their damage and crit rate go up to the point that the mob gets a critical hit on me every melee swing

Reproducible : Some of the time

Details:
On numerous occasions, in a variety of locations, I've encountered mobs that after my first hit, go down to 5 or 6%. However, they still take just as long to kill as if they started at 100%. A few examples are the Windwing and Frostwing Talon Drakes in Falgarholm and the trolls in Dark Eyedrop. With these specific mobs it's happened 100% of the time, and I've killed several dozen.

Pretty sure this has to do with stamina debuff

Unable to duplicate with my Disc (same as submitter). If they see this, what exact abilities are you using before you see the HP drop (buffs and debuffs/attacks).
