Inside Temple of the Ancients, the NPC Jenzu is highlighted implying that he's the target of a quest. Upon right-click I am given one option: a level 5 Diplo quest called "Confrontation" with all four colors available. I am not aware that I have a Diplo quest for him. Below are my Diplo quests.
