Problem: not sure if a problem. compete quest 4586 stepping on a weed , but i am not offered anymore quest to get courier hose or timed ride to .

Yes, this is a little confusing. I know there is a quest called "Acquire the Horse Quest" that leads you to further quests but you do not "acquire a horse" with that quest. And there is a quest where you deliver a horse but you don't get it as a reward yet. The real horse reward is on "Veskal's Present" which I found to be quite fun with all the traveling (especially after being holed up in Tursh for such a long time).

Only found the Quest by accident.

Would it be possible to add a quest to the diplomacy trainers in tursh ? when you finish stepping on a thistle quest text actually say you should seek out your diplomacy trainer for further training. That is why i bugged this originally because that is the only clue
i had to possibly finding the quest that lead you to getting a permanent diplomacy mount. Would be helpful to guide future players to the quest guy that leads you to Veshal's present quest.

I do remember that quest from live once i got it in three rivers and yes it was enjoyable one. how i discovered leth nura high elf city originally during live 8)

I would not put it on the diplo trainers for 'further training', that will also confuse players as diplo doesn't do training like adventuring does. People will wonder how they're supposed to train.
