Diplomacy Experience Rewards on Isle of Dawn is off.

Hello.


So i been running through the Isle of Dawn Diplomacy Testing it out. I notice a problem with Diplo Experience Rewards. I just finished Quest Bad Timing Id # 7796. Xp Reward 4576. This quest was yellow to me since i was only Diplomacy level 3. The next quest in the series General Truce 7797 and it meant to be for a level 5 diplomat. This Quest is Red to me.
