Details:
I am unable to loot Talon-Scarred Crossbow, a unique item, because I have one in my inventory. I do not actually see on in my inventory, having recently sold all my items. However, when I do a .inventory list, a Talon-Scarred Crossbow appears in bag:1 slot:30 "In BuyBack." During live, buyback did not count against unique items. If you tried to buy back a unique item, the buyback would fail.
