Launcher 2.0
1. Trying to log into NT using my MoldewJr account
2. No characters are showing up on the list
3. Click play anyhow, and see this
4. Note: There is no "Moldew" character in the "MoldewJr" account
I frequently log in Moldew and MoldewJr though while testing. "Moldew" was logged into Targonor when this happened. (Edit: Looks like NT is down...)

Re: Launcher 2.0
Yeah this is not a Launcher problem, but a VGClient flag that has yet to be discovered on how to prohibit Play when no character is selected. I blame Xinux
As for the Moldew, it's likely the client is just reading it's own local INI files of the last played character, which is also out of our control (unless I re-write the LaunchPad to start touching peoples local files, and I'm not comfortable doing that)

Just another cosmetic issue when you have multiple accounts:
edit: using W10, 1920x1080, no fonts size modifications.
