VGclient.exe not there

Call me CRAZY, but I do not have the VGClient.exe....anywhere. Looked in the Bin and nothing. I have the new/old SOE Launcer.

What do I do? Can anyone email me the file or walk me through it? I did a full computer search and no VGcclient.

Please advise.
