Details:
Every time when I log in, no characters show up on the character pick screen. Quitting and starting the launcher a second time will put characters on the picker screen.

If you are using the same account to log into 2 different servers at the same time (both characters in 2 different worlds), the Launchpad will not work correctly.

Details:
When I'm logged onto one server and try to log onto another server, I somethings get either (1) 0/8 accounts and empty character list, (2) 0/12 accounts and empty character list, (3) right characters but "waiting on server", or (4) character hangs coming into world, but shows up on /who. This happens even when using different (sub) accounts. This seems to happen even if I have recently logged off, if I have not restarted the launchpad, so I suspect launchpad in some way.

If you log in using account_1 all the way to a server, leaving launchpad open... then using the same account, log into a 2nd server, the "preferred server" setting is changed. When the first character logs out of the first world, the client gets the wrong list of characters, because you told it to pick a new server for account_1. The launchpad is doing exactly what it is asked to do. What likely needs to change is that when the account has a character in the world, the account cannot log in a 2nd time.

Well... I have this problem using only one account and logging in to Targonor every time. First time I start up the client for the evening I always gets an empty character select. Exiting and logging in again displays the correct list. If I stay in game for x minutes then the same thing happens if I restart.

Interesting. I have only one time received a blank character list, and it was because I used my acct1 to log into 2 servers (Targ and NT) in the same session (2 clients open at once). Are there any other conditions you can think of? Multiple characters on the same account/server? More than 1 char on 2 servers named "Kandra", for example.

The Launcher shouldn't be at fault here, but it could be the preferred server I am setting. Give me a timestamp the next time it happens to any of you, so I can check the loginserver logs. Try and translate it to MST.

I have 2 toons on Targonor and 1 toon on NewTelon, all of them having different names.
