Meh...
I had high expectations which was probably the issue. I enjoyed it purely for the entertainment factor, but I liked Man of Steel much better - felt that it had much better character development. BvS was just set up to lay out a platform for the next 10 movies or whatever, tried too hard imo.

I think WB is trying too hard to ride the success wave of Marvel's "Marvel Cinematic Universe". But they didn't follow Marvel's model of slowly building up over several movies/years to Civil War.
