Details:
When I am riding a flying mount and double-jump to take off, I get airborne, but I am stuck at a low elevation and cannot go up or down. If I dismount, remount, and double-jump, I'm OK. The same thing sometimes happens after chunking, however the initial takeoff is always messed up.

This happens every time to me, particularly around Khal. It didn't used to be so consistent, so I'm not sure what is doing it. I had to rearrange some things at one point that may have affected it.

The second take off always works, so it is likely something not set correctly before the first take off that gets set on dismount.

I used to get this a lot until Xinux told me to remove all my non-rogue level 51+ gear. I don't recall it happening after that. I'll test it later.

Happens to me consistently, even after Xinux stole all my phat lewtz!!

Played around with this and so far the only thing that has worked for me is sending HandleClientFlying(client) twice on login and chunking so far it seem's to be working fine if i do that.

Definitely fixed the issue. Only problem right now is not being able to remount/fly mid-air while falling.
