Details:
After getting the quest "Adie for the Hermit" and completing it by getting close to Hom On Ovis, I right click on Hom and get the Dialog box. I am offered 2 quests. I select the first one (Hobgoblin Menace) and accept it. The quest dialog then closes and I have to click on Hom again to get the second quest. It should kick me back to the quest dialog to give me a chance to select the second quest (Disturbing the Water). When I click on him again, I can get the quest OK.

That is correct, but not implemented yet. It is part of the mysterious quest unknowns in the packets. It is something we have to put in the code to see if there are any other quests to offer or turn in, and send the right value to re-open his script. I have been keeping this in mind and will fix it when it is convenient.
