Good day,

I have a few questions in regards to making and posting videos via Youtube and possibly streaming Twitch in the future. The topic i would like to do seems to not be made yet as i can't locate any videos. I figure there may be a reason why. So I figure why not reach out and ask.
My Idea:
I would like to promote Pantheon and the best way I believe I can. I would like to make videos comparing the game of the future with games of the past. I would like to compare Everquest, Vanguard and Pantheon in every facet. I would like to use the past to show what is truly possible today, for the future.
My questions:
Would I get in trouble legally if I were to produce some online content promoting Pantheon by looking at games of the past specifically Everquest and Vanguard?
Would i get in trouble legally if i pulled content from your website and streamed the emulator help produce content?
Would I need to get written permission? Would that be as easy as just asking?
My career recently fell out from under my feet and with spare time while I look for a new path, why not produce some content and possibly make some money on the side. I have never produced content before and I'm just using an oldish pc and just starting out so it will not be spectacular content. However it may help your cause. I'm not currently a supporter financially of your game as times are tight. However, I would like to promote you guys via content creation instead. Any information at all would be extremely helpful.

Thanks for your time in reading over this, have yourself a wonderful day!

Dreamaise (future content creator and streamer hopefully 😉)

There has been a few popular streamers that have twitch streamed and recordered youtube video's of vgoemulator which to my knowledge have not ran in to any issues by doing so.

The one problem that comes to mind when you talk about wanting to compare Vanguard to other games: We're still rebuilding it. We're still really early in for rebuilding it. We're not in a state that you can compare Vanguard the Emulator with Vanguard the Live Game yet. So I can't imagine that we're in a state that you'd want to compare us to other games, despite where they might be in their development cycle.

Other than that, I don't think there's any legal issues with streaming stuff. Just if you stream VGO, you have to make it abundantly clear that we're not in a fully functioning state yet, and we're still trying to figure out how to rebuild it.

Thanks for the Information, very fast responses. I will absolutely tell them it is only a part of the game still very much a work in progress. However I look forward to showcasing and talking about what I do have available to me. Thanks for preserving some of Brad McQuaid legacy and protecting it so well.
