UI Scaling not working correctly

Following these settings http://vanguard.wikia.com/wiki/User_Int ... tomization i tried to scale the UI for 2560x1600 Resolution.

1. The /uidrawscale does not exist
2. Using /uiscaleall kinda works - but it makes the font size of the quest log and quest giver talk window very small
3. /uiwinfontscale does not work when i hover over the quest log or other windows
4. Increasing the chat window only with /uiwinscale will have also too small font and broken tabs (they are basically floating)

This looks like it was still experimental ? Is there a custom UI with everything blown up by about 150% ?

Thanks

I believe all these are client based issues. We are completely unable to affect the client. You might be able to find a UI that can address this problem, but if the /commands aren't working properly, I don't think we can do anything about that (Especially how the client displays it).

I know this is a client issue, i didnt want to report it as a bug - just asking if somebody has an interface or knows how to work around this client limitation.

If my memory serves me correctly. The only way I can think of is to edit the *.xml files that include scaling options to change the scale of the ui elements. You may find that you need to edit a lot of *.xml's. UI *.xml files can be found in: /Vanguard/VGUIAssets/Shells/Default (for default UI)

I'm using Tbird, which was an extension on Droxui. It has a lot of options to play with in game, but I can't say off the top of my head that it includes scaling. I do however remember having to fix a few problems with some of the Tbird *.xml files for my setup, so getting your head around them isn't to difficult. I haven't messed around with UI or the game files since returning as I didn't want to break anything, but I'll have a dabble at some point soon, and try and refresh my memory a bit.

Here's a link to some custom interfaces: http://vgoplayers.com/downloads.php?tab=client
