I beg your pardon. The wealth of gratitude from me alone exceeds any monetary gain you might acquire otherwise.

Thanks John! I'll post the list of the questions come Sunday afternoon and will send them Moorgard's way Monday. Anyone else have questions they want to know about how Vanguard works or questions in general about Vanguard/how SOE treated Vanguard/or whatever's on your mind about the game?

Re: Moorgard to Answer Questions
Thanks for doing this!
Q: What was the work environment like at SOE? Was there a particular experience (or experiences), negative or positive, that was especially memorable while working on Vanguard that you can share?
Q: What was your favorite aspect of Vanguard? Was there a certain zone, quest, item, etc. that stood out to you and held special meaning?

Re: Moorgard to Answer Questions
Forgot about this last night. I will be sending it tomorrow afternoon/early evening. If anyone would like to add any questions, please do so. Here is what is being sent:
Hello Moorgard. As promised, I have some questions for you regarding Vanguard. I, first, wanted to thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. If you don't feel comfortable answering any, that is totally fine. Please just state so. If there are any questions that you would like to answer, that you do not want to be publicly available, please let me know. I will not post those for the public to see. We understand you haven't worked on the game in quite some time, but any help, does infact help. We'll start off with some general questions, then get into some technical ones the devs over at VGOEmu had.
1.) What was your favorite aspect of Vanguard? Was there a certain zone, quest, item, etc. that stood out to you and held special meaning?
2.) What was the work environment like at SOE? Was there a particular experience (or experiences), negative or positive, that was especially memorable while working on Vanguard that you can share?
3.) Why did the team on Vanguard always set themselves up to work on something big, then back out halfway through completion (ie. Nexus, AAs, PoTA B)? We know there are several partially completed Nexus chunks and an AA interface already in-game, along with the PoTA B zone which was partially itemized.
4.) How much did the player feedback really do for you, from a development point of view? Did we talk to deft ears or were we taken into consideration?
5.) Were there any partially or fully completed systems, classes, or chunks (besides the dev test chunks) that are may or may not be on the live client? If so, could you hint to us what they may be?
6.) Can you provide any clues as to the relationship between the character attributes and combat calculations, such as damage, hit chance, crit chance, mitigation/resistance and the various avoidance chances?
7.) Regarding player placed objects (PPOs), it seems like the parent_id of an item placed in a house is generated by a calculation at runtime (Hash). Is this true? Can you give us any clues as to what the function and its inputs look like?
8.) How did Vanguard handle dropped reliable packets from the client to the server?
9.) Would you care to help us identify a few Unknown parameters in our list of OpCodes?
10.) "Terrain Meshes: a quick look through the chunk .vgr files has left some to believe the mesh information is not located there. Did we miss it or are terrain meshes stored elsewhere? We would need this to create a navigation mesh for pathing."
11.) From the outside looking in, it seemed Vanguard was always SOE's redheaded step child. It was on life support for years before given a skeleton crew (if you'd like to call it that even). Do you feel if SOE had put in some more money (especially at an earlier time), that Vanguard could have been saved?
BONUS Question: Were Varanthari males designed to /roar like chickens?
Again, thank you for taking the time to answer questions. It is truly appreciated. If you have any questions for us, feel free to ask.
We are hoping to have a mostly working Vanguard by 2016. I hope that maybe we can see you there!

11.) How much did the player feedback (on non-requested subjects (Requested being Shaman Deep Patron Forms)) really do for you, form a development pov? Did we talk to deft ears or were we taken into consideration

What is the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything?
Edit: Damn, missed the deadline.
