Reinstate the Race/Class restrictions
As the title implies, when VG went F2P, SOE removed all the race/class restrictions which allowed any race to be any class. I would like to see these restrictions re-implemented. I know some may disagree but I always liked them from an RP point of view.
Re: Reinstate the Race/Class restrictions
I wouldn't mind seeing the original faction system go back in too. No more of this kumbaya everyone loves everyone bs.

Nice, I was just thinking of this last night when Xinux told me he got the Inquisitor to show up in the create screen (at least I think that's what he meant). If he details the values in that packet of which combos enable which, this is totally doable on a server-by-server basis.

Sounds like you may be able to dig up some class features/spells for Inquisitor and maybe Beserker as well?

Re: Reinstate the Race/Class restrictions
I would really love to see these restrictions back again and "faction kill on sight" depending on what race you choose, I remember spending countless hours grinding to get Bordinar's Cleft and Martok factions plus many others.
I liked the immersive feeling of knowing my race was at war or angry with another and that showed in game by punishing me too, it makes you feel like one of them.
Yes, it can be a pain but so it should be, if you are at war with another country, don't expect to cruise in there and get a warm welcome just because you aren't physically dropping bombs or shooting!

Re: Reinstate the Race/Class restrictions
I am in support of both of these, The race faction system where I had to use that handy table showing if ANYONE liked my dark elf was great, getting off the boat and inspecting NPC's to see if I was safe to Sell was great!. and having to think about which of the allowed races worked for my dread knight, and how the racial abilities would effect it. +1
