Bonk
I'm pretty sure that most of vanguards mishappenings have been caused of having /bonk but no /oif, so one of the first commands I would implement would probably be /oif.
Hopefully loot rolls will work a lot better with cleaner server code, so I would like to revert to the old loot roll behavior if it's not limited by the client.
Back at release anyone in the group could start a roll, unless loot was set to master looter, and it would queue up with all other things that was waiting to be rolled. But that could often bug out if different people started rolls, making it so no more rolls could be started. A workaround for that was to have a dedicated looter in the group that started all rolls.
The developers "solution" to this bug was to make it so you can't start a new roll until all previous items has been rolled on. That is a real pain in some areas with lots of loot, like Graystone, or when someone goes AFK.
