Re: Waiting on Data from World Server
Art - Have you created a new character - and selected your World - You may also have to delete your old toons from the VGO Emulator site - server management.
If you have done all this - when you start up the client - click on your toons - as soon as the character select screen appears - like within a second

Hey Jimbo!
Thanks for the reply.
Solved, removing my External IP address allows me to login.. Not sure if its still allowing external connections tho, if anyone wants to test my server allowing remote connections let me know. Ill pop it up and see what happens.
Also, new my new ISP connections speed makes me wonder how I ever survived as long as I did before.
That is all

If you don't have anything filled in to the External IP, External clients will not be able to connect.
If you add the External IP and it causes you to not be able to connect to your server, I'm almost certain that this is a firewall issue.
can connect to new telon no issue, just not mine.
If you are using only 1 account to connect to New Telon -AND- yours, we have determined that will not work. You must use 1 account per 1 world. So, delete your New Telon character(s) or make a new account in VGClientLauncher specific for toons in you own world.
We're designing options to work around this problem, but it's not a high priority.

aye, have seperate accounts as I assumed that would cause problems early on.
as for firewall, windows is off, now I just need to figure out where in my router i can adjust the settings for it. My japanese is fine except for kanji, and my buffalo router uses kanji with great abandon.
