Details:
Over in Leth Nurae (-25,26) for the Dimplomacy Quest "Faith in Duty", Crescent Guard Essol does not respond to right clicking him in order to trigger the Dimplomacy menu that you need to complete the quest. There is no response from Essol at all. I susspect he has to be the 4th paladin you need to complete the quest.

There are two unscripted Paladins: Crescent Guard Essol and Crescent Guard Pelonia. I am unsure if they are needed for this particular quest as there are plenty of other Crescent Guard members available to parley. I went ahead and added the hail script to them, but not the parley for this quest.
