Details:
In Tawar Galan, there are several diplomacy quests with Captain Raynier which some of the rewards are "Raynier's Payment" (Item ID: 1323240) that do not give an item. One of the quests it asks you to choose between a diplomacy card "Statement: Evasive Counter" and a "Raynier's Payment."

Need to script the bag to give coins unless the bag is suppose to give something else.

I scripted this item to give you 20c. If anyone knows how much it's supposed to give you, please let me know.

I also set up the quest: A Tricky Situation (id: 5251 ) , so it gives you the diplomacy card, Statement: Evasive Counter, AND Raynier's Payment

Okay, I changed it to 40c. I'm still leaving the card and money option cuz these quests don't give any money and it seems silly to turn down a card for 40c. (What were they thinking?)
