Artisa's Saga: Ulvari Requiem - 7551. I think you should be unable to complete "Set Up the Fiend Reaver" and probably "Stop the Ulvari" too .. unless you have completed "Show the Fiend Reaver to Mitach". I have to craft another one because I complete the other steps before showing it to him.
