No expirence giving and game gave message "please report quest no base expierence set"

This quest indeed was giving no experience. As it is a simple "go to this guy" quest I put 50 experience points on it.

This will need to be bumped. You might want to see if any other quests in the area are a "go here, talk to this guy" quest, and see what XP they give. Diplo XP was classically very high compared to Adv and Crafting XP.

Well, these are all based on level. Level 1 quests give 286 experience. Level 0 quests give 0 which is what this quest did.

Since almost all of the quests early on are level 1 they have a minimum 286 experience so I'll do that for this quest instead. If that's not enough then we'll have to do a major overhaul of all quest experience. I finished all of Halfling diplomacy and got to the horse quest and I only got part way through level 3. I really am not sure what that means though so we'll have to revisit this sometime.

Yeah, I think you're supposed to be at least level 7 when you get to the horse quest.

that quest series showing level 1 diplo xp reward 2863 and if you click forward through the next quest links it show XP get higher with each level.
